Navigating the LoonaLabs Workspace
The Home section gives you a clear view of how your training is tracking. It’s a shared workspace for administrators, creators, and learners to check progress, performance, and recent activity.
Dashboard
At the very top of the screen, you'll find:
- Your Companies Logo (Top Left): Returns you to the main dashboard view.
- “Welcome, [Your Name]”: A personalised greeting that shows who’s currently logged in.
- "Active" Badge: A green badge next to the user's name, indicating account status.
- Notifications Icon (Top Right - Bell Icon): Shows alerts or updates related to platform activity.
- Settings (Gear Icon): Access platform settings, including account and user preferences.

Primary Navigation (Left Sidebar)
The left sidebar helps you move through the platform:
- Home: Returns you to the dashboard overview.
- Creations: This is where you manage all your training content. You can create new modules, edit existing ones, and organise your materials.
- Library: A shared repository where you can find content bundles, resources, and previously saved items.
- Template: Access and manage ready-made templates from your company or from LoonaLabs.
- Deletions: View or restore deleted items.
- Admin Panel (Bottom Left): Opens an expanded menu for managing Accounts, Users, and Roles.
- User Profile (Bottom Left): Displays the logged-in user’s name and company. Clicking on this area or the three dots beside it opens your profile settings and logout options.
Tip: Hover over any icon to see what it does.
