Step 1: Account Activation Email

After your LoonaLabs account is created, the assigned Account Administrator will receive an activation email. This confirms that your organisation’s account is now live.

Step 2: Complete Your Setup

Soon after, a second email will arrive titled “Complete your LoonaLabs setup.” This contains your personal activation link.

Step 3: Finalise Details and Set Your Password

The sign-up page includes your pre-filled details:

First and Last name

Email address

Your Company Name

To finish setup:

Enter a password

Re-enter password to confirm

Click Next to save and continue

That's it! You're all set up and ready to log in. You can now use your email address and the password you just created to access the powerful features of the LoonaLabs platform.
