Welcome to LoonaLabs!
We're thrilled to have you on board. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to activate your Account Administrator access and get your LoonaLabs journey started. Our aim is to make your setup process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Step 1: Account Activation Email
After your LoonaLabs account is created, the assigned Account Administrator will receive an activation email. This confirms that your organisation’s account is now live.
What to look for:
An email with the subject line:
“[Your Company Name], your LoonaLabs account is now set up”

Step 2: Complete Your Setup
Soon after, a second email will arrive titled “Complete your LoonaLabs setup.” This contains your personal activation link.
Action required:
Open the email and click Complete Setup. This will take you to a secure sign-up page to finalise your account.

Step 3: Finalise Details and Set Your Password
The sign-up page includes your pre-filled details:
- First and Last name
- Email address
- Your Company Name
To finish setup:
- Enter a password
- Re-enter password to confirm
- Click Next to save and continue

- That's it! You're all set up and ready to log in. You can now use your email address and the password you just created to access the powerful features of the LoonaLabs platform.
