Setting up your profile

Your LoonaLabs profile is where you can personalise your presence on the platform and manage your personal information. Keeping your profile updated ensures accurate communication and reflects your role within your organisation. This guide will walk you through customising your profile and understanding your assigned account details.

Accessing Your Profile

1. Log in to your LoonaLabs account.

2. Navigate to your profile settings. This is typically done by clicking on your profile icon or name in the bottom left corner of the dashboard, and then selecting "Profile".

• Profile Picture:
• Purpose: Your profile picture helps personalise your account and makes it easier for colleagues to identify you in collaborative spaces.
• Action: Click on the current profile picture (or placeholder) to upload a new image from your device. We recommend a clear, professional headshot.

• First Name:
• Purpose: Your given name displayed across the platform.
• Action: Enter or update your first name.

• Last Name:
• Purpose: Your family name displayed across the platform.
• Action: Enter or update your last name.

• Email:
• Purpose: Your primary identifier and login credential for the LoonaLabs platform.
• Important Note: Your email address cannot be changed directly from your profile. This email is assigned to you by your company administrator and is tied to your access permissions within the platform. If you believe your email needs to be updated, please contact your company administrator or hello@loonalabs.com.

• Contact Number:
• Purpose: An optional field for a contact number, useful for direct communication if needed.
• Action: Enter or update your contact number.

• Organisation:
• Purpose: Displays the name of the organisation you are associated with on LoonaLabs.
• Note: This field is typically pre-filled and managed by your company administrator.

• Industry:
• Purpose: Helps categorise your profile and may be used for internal reporting or tailored content suggestions.
• Action: Select your industry from the dropdown list provided.

• Role:
• Purpose: Indicates your primary role within your organisation (e.g., Learner, Creator, Admin). This may influence your access and permissions on the platform.
• Note: This field is managed by your company administrator.

Assigned Accounts

• Company Name: The name of the company or specific account you are assigned to.

• Role: Your specific role within that assigned account (e.g., Learner for a specific branch account, Creator for a project account).

• Created On: The date when your access to this particular account was activated or created. This helps track the duration of your assignment.

• Status: Indicates the current status of your account assignment (e.g., "Active," "Inactive").
