Reset my password

Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page

1. Go to the LoonaLabs login page and enter your email.

2. On the password screen, look for and click the "Forgot Password" link, usually located below the password input field.

Step 2: Request Your Password Reset Link

1. On the "Reset Password" screen, enter the email address associated with your LoonaLabs account.

2. Click the "Send Reset Link" button to receive a password reset email with a link.

Step 3: Check Your Email for the Reset Link

1. An email containing a password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.

2. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder, just in case) for an email from LoonaLabs with a subject line "Your password reset link is here".

3. Click the “Reset My Password” provided in the email. This link is unique and time-sensitive, so please use it promptly.

Step 4: Create Your New Password

1. Clicking the link will take you to a "Create New Password" page.

2. In the first field, enter your new password. Choose a strong, unique password that you haven't used before.

3. In the second field, re-enter your new password to confirm it.

4. Click the "Reset Password" button.
