Secure login with OTP or SSO

Method 1: Log in with Email and OTP

This method uses your email and password, followed by a one-time code sent to your inbox.

Step 1: Enter Your Credentials

  1. Navigate to the LoonaLabs login page.
  1. Enter your registered Email Address in the designated field.

  1. Enter your Password.
  1. Click Next.

Step 2: One-Time Password (OTP) Verification

After entering your email and password, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address. This code is unique for each login attempt and adds a crucial security layer.
  1. Open the email with the subject line: “Your LoonaLabs login code is here”

  1. Copy the 4-digit code from the email.
  1. Return to the LoonaLabs login screen.
  1. Enter the code into the verification field.

Step 3: Resend the code (if needed)

If you don't receive the OTP within 30 seconds, or if the code expires, you can easily request a new one:
  1. On the OTP verification screen, click the “Resend Code” link or button.
  1. A new OTP will be generated and sent to your email address.
  1. Use the most recent code to verify.
  1. Once you enter the correct code, click Verify.

Method 2: Logging In with Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organisation uses SSO (e.g. Google or Microsoft), follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to the LoonaLabs login page.
  1. Click on the "Login with Google" or "Login with Microsoft" button.

  1. You’ll be redirected to your provider’s login screen.
  1. Enter your credentials for that provider.
  1. Confirm any permissions requested by the SSO provider to link with LoonaLabs.
After completing SSO authentication, you’ll be logged into LoonaLabs automatically. A confirmation email will also be sent.

We recommend using SSO where possible and keeping your registered email address up to date for security and recovery purposes.
